General Membership Dinner Meeting

Salad: Caesar Salad

Entrée Choices

Short Ribs: slow roasted beef served with garlic mashed potatoes and house veggies

Chicken Marsala: Marsala wine, mushrooms, onion, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and house veggies

Salmon: Pan seared salmon, corn salsa, basil pesto, fingerling potatoes and vegetable medley

Dessert: Baked Cookie or Fruit Cup

Cost: $45/person
